What will my first visit be like?

At your first appointment, I will gather information about your child, including your presenting concerns as well as your child’s personal history (i.e., medical history, school history, social history).  This information-gathering phase generally takes 30-45 minutes.  Following this interview, we will discuss the assessment and/or treatment plan.

Can I be sure that information obtained in psychological sessions and assessments will remain confidential?

I guarantee confidentiality of any information obtained through my services.  Information will not be released to other people or agencies without the parent’s written consent.   For limits to confidentiality, please see my privacy policy.
